1. Agreement
By using PicToolBox you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. The service
PicToolBox provides browser-based image processing tools. Processing is performed locally on your device. We do not host, store or have access to the images you work with. Because of this, we cannot recover an image for you, and we cannot verify what a tool produced on your machine.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the tools for personal or commercial work, including paid client projects, without attribution and without paying royalties on the output. You may not:
- use the service to create illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms other users;
- resell the service itself, or present it as your own product;
- remove or obscure advertising on the free tier while using it.
You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any image you process.
4. No warranty on results
The tools are provided "as is". Image processing is inherently dependent on the input photo. We describe realistically what each tool does and does not do on its page, but we cannot guarantee a particular result for a particular image. Always keep your original file.
5. Credits
- Credits are prepaid and bought in packs at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- One credit pays for one clean, full-size download. Previews are free and always watermarked.
- Credits never expire and work across every tool on the site.
- Redeem codes and license keys are single use and are burned on the server the first time they are redeemed. Do not share a code you intend to use yourself.
- Prices may change, but a change never applies retroactively to credits already purchased.
- If a paid download does not perform as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the pack or top up the credits.
- Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider; their terms apply to the payment itself.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The free tools are offered without any availability commitment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicToolBox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost images, lost time or lost business. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
8. Intellectual property
The site's code, design and written content belong to PicToolBox. The images you process remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them, and indeed never possess them.
9. Third-party links and advertising
The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. The site does not currently display third-party advertising.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
